Victoria Sponge

A 3 layer Victoria Sponge, 3 layers of fluffy soft vanilla sponge, and a light fresh cream makes this cake a true winner versatile for any occasion. You can have either strawberry or raspberry flavour jam/fruit garnish,  8 inch or 10 inch, 2 layers or 3, all will be finished off with seasonal fruit to match theme.  3 days notice required.

Made in a home kitchen which handles nuts.
